Reply to a construction proposal
I have read through the project report and discussed with the engineer responsible for the project and we have the comments below:
1) No objection to the construction of granite slab pathway with one side surface channel and the refinement of underground drainage system.
2) The number of shelters and seats to be installed are 8 and 13 respectively, which do not tally with the respective original proposal of 6 and 10.
3) We are welcome to the construction of toilets and dog toilets, even though dog toilets has never been mentioned in the preliminary plan.
4) The provision of soft landscape is a must while the addition of lamp posts, notice boards and store cabinets are excessive, considering the tight financial budget.
