Reply to a complaint letter from a customer.

A customer buys an electronic item from the company your are working for and the said item happens to be fused because of misuse or wrong usage practice such as power wattage and is being returned to you after the warranty period is over.

I am requested to reply to the customer an official letter which should mention about the usage practice and warranty period taking the following into consideration....

- Enough information tp identify, dates. your positive attitude, company name and other information and a friendly notes for welcoming the customer to visit the shop again.
