a professor reply my email and when I want to reply her again can't find good word and how to say I wrote that

Dear.....
Thanks for ur kindnest reply my email and after that I had contact with admissions several times and finally they've received my application now I want to follow up with you about my application and want to let you know that I have recommendation letter and when you have time I can bring it to ur office
