Dear HR Department,

I have just received your email dated March,20 and am happy but I have a few questions.

Firstly, when having a new task I wonder wheather whom I can receive an assignment.

Secondly, I want to know the exact business hour so that I work on time.

Also, as you mention, I need to learn more about the company facilities so would it be possible for you to introduce me to that?

I am looking forward to receiving your early email.
