I was thinking to myself how we can create a competitive edge in all the activities we undertake and make everybody energetic in all the activities we do. The following idea came to my mind and want to share it with you all :

1. Based on the birth months, we can create groups within our fusion team members and name these groups based on their star signs. For e.g all members born between July 23 to August 22 will be part of the LEO group.
2. Each group has to select/elect a group leader or so called captain ! We can even ask these groups to come up with their own ideas/thoughts on how they want to server our community.
3. For all our fun / entertainment activities we will have competition within these groups.
4. For our community works and charity, each group will be assigned a task for every week/bi weekly in a month to lead and conduct these activities.
5. Points will be awarded to each team based on their achievements and contributions.
6. All members of fusion will be asked to rank each team's achievements and contributions on an ongoing basis.
7. At the end of the each year, we will recognize the best group with an award.

Again, this is just a thought process for brain storming within ourselves and it will be absolutely fine to drop it if it didn't make sense to all.
