i just got selected for a job interview out of hundreds of applicants, how do i reply telling them i will attend the interview as scheduled,

I would say:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for your email.
I am happy to hear that I have been given the opportunity to take part in the interview.
I will gladly attend the interview scheduled for March 20th.

Perhaps this is to short in somebody's opinion...

Dear Sir or Madam, Very, very formal. I would use the name that appeared at the bottom of their email

Thank you for your email.
I am happy to hear that I have been given the opportunity to take part in the interview.

Make it polite, direct and brief. Don't over do it with mushy or formal language. I would say:

Dear Mr. XYZ,
Thank you for your email. I am very excited to have received your interview notification.
I am looking forward to meeting you on March 20th.
