I booked the courier from delhi to chennai on 18th November 2016. But the courier still not sent and not any tracking details updated on the site and contact no. which provide on website is always not connectable after that I visiting udyog vihar gurgaon branch bu I didnt expect the courier service providing a pathetic service. I feel cheated by such a unprofessional and incompetent, unhelpful company. there is no response and no responsibility for customers.
