Could you please check if the following is natural for a notice placed in apartment buildings?

< Replacement Work in the Corridors>
With directions from the city office, the windows in the corridors
will be removed. The work has been scheduled for the following dates.
The windows used as blinds from our neighbors will be replaced with blind fences as an alternative.

1) Dates: October 23 to October 27,2014.
2) Time: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
