Replace something

Hi, everybody! I have question about how to say better English in work. If i need to tell my customer thru phone that the item she ordered is out of stock. And in the meantime I want to suggest her other available similar product that we have.
Pls correct the following sentence. And does it sounds clear, polite and natural in business English? If not, may you show me some better way to say it? Thank you!

"I am calling about the order you placed to us on this Tuesday. I am sorry that we are currently out of stock of pork loin. But we have pork chop available in stock. Do you want to replace it by this instead? Or you just prefer us to cancel the pork loin order for you?"

Hello, I'm calling about the order you placed with us on Tuesday. I'm sorry, we're currently out of stock of pork loin, but we have pork chops available in stock. Do you want those instead ?

(In speech, people most often use the contractions like "I'm".)
