Replace and provide

Would you please check these two sentences for me?

1, I replaced sugar with honey in my diet.

(Does it mean I remove both sugar and honey in my diet? )

2,The milkman provides the house with fresh milk.

Is this a right sentence?

No. It doesn't mean that. To me it means that you don't sprinkle sugar on things to sweeten them anymore. Now you sweeten things by putting honey on them.
