Rephrasing of a sentence

"The files that are being received by the him are in textual form and that certainly is not the best way of representing the data as it merely includes numerals, which may be hard to interpret particularly when one has to go through a huge list of data and make prudent decisions based on it because we know file keeps getting large due to the addition of new data"

I am having some time breaking this sentence down into different sentences or perhaps rephrasing them so it sounds better. Anyone?
