Rephrase a sentence

"Since I don't want to bother you that much by calling you all the time and asking you all these quesitons, instead I would write you a note with a list of questions. You could answer me when you are free."

Is there a way I could rephrase the above sentence so that it is more fluent? It looks awkward to me.
