Can I write

"These tutoring and mentoring experiences envision I will be a good teacher in academic medicine, and these research experiences envision I will be a good medical researcher."

as

"These tutoring and mentoring experiences envision I will be a good teacher in academic medicine, and these research experiences, a good medical researcher. " ?
