Can i say,

The technician is repairing the car.

Hi Vincent I would probably say 'the mechanic is repairing the car' instead. I might be wrong but a technician to me is someone who does work that requires more skills than what a mechanic fixing a car would need, so to speak. g.

So, you mean "The technician" is incorrect. right?

It depends on the context. If you are talking about the people who work in a garage, I think they are most commonly referred to as mechanics.
