repaired or being repaired

Hi teacher.

Which one is correct?
With my bike [repaired / being repaired], I can’t go nowhere.

In my opinion, the latter is correct because the former means my bike has already been repaired. But I have been often told that the word “being” can be omitted if used as a helping verb. I’m so confused.

Thanks in advance.
