Renting apartment
_Hello,
I would like to rent my apartment. Some company can be interested in this flat for their transfered employees from Germany or other countries and therefore I prepared ad with descriptions also in English. Could you take a look on it and tell me if it is correct and without mistakes? Thank you!

Attic flat is located near the historical center of the Ceské Budejovice. Flat is on fifth floor in the newly build house (final inspection in 11/2011) with elevator.

- 60 m2 + terrace 20 m2
- fully furnished (kitchen, washing machine, TV etc.)
- parking space
- vacant from March 1st, 2014
- non-smoker preferred
- pets not allowed
- rent 13000 CZK + energies
