Renter's Renters' or Renters?

We are having a huge big debate over how to write the word renters as in "renters rights" in a logo. Which one is correct?
  • Renter's Rights
  • Renters' Rights
  • Renters Rights
We all agree that having no apostrophe would make the logo more attractive. Do we need the apostrophe? If we do, which one do you think is better (Renter's Rights or Renters' Rights)?
