rental rate, rental fee, rental charge

Hello. Is there any difference among these three expressions?

For example, when we rent a car, we pay (rental rate, rental fee, rental charge).

I wrote a dialogue. If you find any mistakes or better expressions, would you tell me?

M: I'd like to rent a car for the weekend. What's the daily rate?

F: If you rent a 2,800 cc car, it's 30 dollars a day.

M: Does it include (accident) insurance?

F: No. In addition to the rental charge, all drivers are charged eight
dollars per day for insurance.

Thank you.
