Hi teachers,

He posted an address for Rep. Tom Perriello on his blog and encouraged readers to "drop by" and express their anger over Perriello's vote for the bill. The blogger got the address wrong......someone had cut the line to a propane-gas tank behind his home. The fact that haters are sometimes incompetent renders them only marginally less frightening

2. I am sorry I still don't understand the second part. "render" mean "Remove"

3. I don't understand "marginally less frightening". Small or big?

2. I am sorry I still don't understand the second part. "render" mean "Remove" -- No; 'render' = make.

3. I don't understand "marginally less frightening". Small or big?-- Still big: just a bit less big.
