Remittence charges

Dear Ali,

Referring to your T/T Application Form on 2011-10-31, under item 71A stated that all the banking charges are to be borne by your company. But we found that your bank has deducted the T/T charges EUR 15 from our account. The amount we received from you was EUR 985.00.

We believe there must had been a mistake somewhere. Appreciate it if you could check with your banker about this matter.
