Our records show that we have not yet received payment for your invoice about 1200 € of 04th April 2010 since the last two telephone reminders. You promised me in the last phone call at 7th May the immediate payment of the invoice.
I´m suprised because we had until now always a good and trouble-free relationship with the firm Walnut Grove. Still useable, I am ready to give you a final deadline of 14 days, that is until 04 June.
If paymen has already been effected in the meantime, please disregard this letter.

Dear Sir or Madam,
We regret to say that on opening delivery of 30 wheelbarrows and 12 chain-saws we found that the goods have given cause for complaint. We can´t sell 10 wheelbarrows because the bases rustet through. Additionally 5 chain-saws of the type woodfarmer missing. Already we have returned the defektive wheelbarrows of your costs. Please send us as soon as possible replacement for the wheelbarrows. We also ask for the delivery of the missing chain-saws. Please deliver the goods by 30th May at the latest. Please confirm receipt of this letter.
We are sure that you will understand our position.
