Reminder

Hi MH

Peace be upon you throughout the year 2005!

As usual, I would appreciate if you could have a look at the following letter:
Following a recent site inspection of the worksite on February 13, 200_, our project architect, Joseph, has informed me that [the] lack of cleanliness at the worksite is an area of great concern, which require your prompt attention.

The following areas were observed:

1 The construction waste materials were lying all over the place.
2 Stagnant water at kitchen was not drained off and has become breeding grounds for
mosquitoes.

Your failure to observe §3.15.1 of the General Conditions of Contract has been brought to the owner’s attention.

Thus, I wish to remind you that should you fail to improve the site condition within seven (7) days after receipt of this letter, the owner may employ someone to do the cleanup. The cost, thereof, will be reimbursed from you.

Please look into this matter immediately.
