Remember X remind

Hi, community. I know it may sound weird, but I'd like to make sure if my sentences are grammatically correct. Feel free to say everything I did wrong. Okay?

• "I remind John every morning to take the train to school." (Maybe you are his father/mother and need to remind him to take the train to school. Not a weird case)

• "I remember John every time to take the train to school" (For some reason you met John for the first time in a train, and now every time you take a train you remember John's physiognomy.)

Is the second sentence grammatically incorrect? And the first one?

Weirdness judgment: would a native speaker say these sentences? Thanks in advance! ?
