Is the following sentence correct?

I can't ever remember him to have ever commited a crime diring his life.

yes i guess it's correct grammatically but there's two notes i figured out : - you shouldn't repeat the word " ever ' in this sentence . - you should recorrect ( diring ) to be ( during ) .. ok bye
