remember, forget Ving

Dear member

She forgets that he said hello to her family.

We remember that the man entered when we were having dinner.

If I want to rewrite the above sentences without "that", Can I do like these shown below using highlighted word  rather than "saying" and "entering"?

"She forgets his having said/saying hello to her family."

"We remember the man having entered/entering when we were having dinner."

Thanks

SSY
