I don't know what your opinion is. Here's mine.

1. How much meet is there left?
2. How much meet have we got left?
3. How much meet remained?

1 and 2 are common, as is 'How much meet is left?'

3 is not grammatica

Which is used more often?

2. How much meet is there left? (“there” is a part of the grammar construction “There is sth somewhere”)
