Reluctance

Hello,

Can anyone please tell me if the below sentence grammatically correct?

" Let me enlighten you about our reluctancy to skip the order"

Or should it be expressed like this- " Let me enlighten you(on the context) why we are so reluctant to skip the order"

1. Let me enlighten you is insulting. You are saying that the other person is ignorant or stupid.
2. Reluctancy is almost never used.
