Broadly speaking, in a religious context food is often said to be clean or unclean.

I don't mean for diet and food.
I mean for example about marriage. "marriage of a brother and sister is religiously forbidden." what is its antonym?
Marriage of two strangers is religiously legitimate/impunible/halal/or what?

I would suggest "permitted" (or "permissible") and "prohibited."

("Kosher" would not be correct in your example. Technically, "kosher" applies only to food and related matters. Using it to mean "permitted" in a broader sense is very informal/slang.)
