Religious structure

That's the data from the Wikipedia about the religious structure in Montenegro:

"Religion: Islam/Muslims// Number: 118,477 (99,038 Islam, 19,439 Muslims)// %: 19.11 (15.97 Islam, 3.14 Muslims)."

What is a difference between two Muslim faiths, i.e. one representing Islam and another Muslims?

I have no idea. There is a note in the article, ": In the 2011 census, there are two separate columns for the adherents of Islam, one is called Islam, the other Muslims. ", but no explanation is given.
