Relief pattern...

Lois: Here, take a look at those crime-scene photos.
Clark: But there's a stamp on each of the victims' hands.
I only saw a few dots. Must have been some sort of relief pattern. Just a fraction
of the whole stamp?

Madhulk Must have been some sort of relief pattern . I agree that we're talking about a "partial," but, "relief" here has a different meaning, as in bas-relief . It's the kind of raised dot pattern recognized in Braille.
