Relatively vs in comparison to?

Hi! Could you tell me whether the below sentence is correct?
I want to know if the word "relatively" redundant in the below sentence.
---The intensity of the ultraviolet radiations from the sun in such a high-altitude environment relatively twice as intense in comparison to a low-elevation desert.
Can I rewrite this sentence as----The intensity of the ultraviolet radiations from the sun in such a high-altitude environment twice as intense as a low-elevation desert.(Is it correct?)
and can I also write it as-The intensity of the ultraviolet radiations from the sun in such a high-altitude environment that is twice as intense in comparison to a low-elevation desert.(Can I exclude relatively? Just tell me ,can I use one(relatively or in comparison to) at a time in the sentence to mean the same thing as the original sentence is implying?
Thanks!

---The intensity of the ultraviolet radiations radiation from the sun in such a high-altitude environment relatively is twice as intense in comparison to as in a low-elevation desert. 'relatively' is not redundant. It's contradictory.

  • ---The intensity of the ultraviolet radiations radiation from the sun in such a high-altitude environment relatively is twice as intense in comparison to as in a low-elevation desert.

  • It's contradictory.
  • If one intensity is twice another intensity, you have an exact mathematical relationship.
  • There is no "relatively" involved.
