relative versus interrogative adjective - which.

Hi there,

I'm currently working on relative adjectives.
I know there are two of them: which and what.

I know how to use them as adjectives, but how do they differentiate with interrogative adjectives; which and what?

E.g: I love that car that Samantha bought.
Which car did Samantha buy?

Many thanks,
