I agree with Mr M. However, even though the other sentences are grammatically correct, they presuppose that "he" has more than one dog, house and car. In other words, "he" has a dog which/that he walks every day, but he also has another dog or other dogs that he doesn't walk every day.

He has a house which is big, but he has another house or other houses that are not big, etc.

In the more likely case that the person has only one house, for example, you would use a comma: He has a house, which is big. That is grammatically correct but not very fluent. I would prefer: He has a big house. / His house is big.
