Relative Pronoun

I am not sure whether the following sentence sounds natural.
Could you review it?
Thank you.

I am a looking for a partner who is interested in sea fishing and looking for someone who can share all the expenses coming from boat rental fee, transportation costs, accomodation costs, etc as I am.

* The underlined "as I am" means "(I am looking for) someone who is looking for his/her partner like I am looking for my partner."
