Relative clause?!

Hi. Is the underlined a relative clause? Restrictive or non-restrictive?

The prerequisites among college courses in (c) is an example of a dependency network, in which nodes are tasks and directed edges indicate that one task must be performed before another.
?Thanks in advance

What is (c)?
How can a prerequisite course be an example of a . . . network?
Nothing is underlined.

It is not MY sentence.
(c) is a part of a figure.
It said prerequisites, probably because several 'prerequisite's were shown in the figure.
