relative clause!!!!

Hi everyone. I'm looking for help. i got some problems about relative clause, hope you can help

1) It is the Gangnam style (that/which) makes many people become overexcited

Please help me pick the right answer and explain it to me.

2) Children's game, which are amusements involing more than one individual ,appear to be culturally universal

Could you tell me which sentence is right then explain why?
