relative clause

I have the sentence like this:

The man whom I introduced you to last night is my uncle.

and I changed it like this:

The man that I introduced you to last night is my uncle.
The man I introduced you to last night is my uncle.

Are the two sentences above correct?

Yes, but "that" is not regularly used for people.
