How will you join this in one go?

Rose’s mother was a doctor. Her name was Linda. She had a clinic in Paris. Paris is a city. It is on the River Seine.

Rose's mother, whose name was Linda, was a doctor who had a clinic in Paris, (which is) a city on the river Seine.

That's pretty good, but this would be a bit more concise:
Rose's mother Linda was a doctor who had a clinic in Paris, which is on the river Seine.

I agree. I personally prefer a comma after "mother".
