Relative clause?

Hi from Turkland,

I have learned that a relative clause sentence comes after a noun that gives information.

I know the man who had a car accident yesterday.
here , the relative sentence comes after the man, because it gives additinal or necessary information about the man.

But look at this examples:
I have a friend from France whose father is a politician.
I met the girl yesterday who is my brother's girlfriend.

Are my sentences above correct or not?

Last question:
Wrestling is a sport which many people enjoy.
OR
Wrestling which many people enjoy is a sport.

Which one is correct?
