Relationship / child(ren)

Let's suppose a family when the couple have children from another relationships and they have a newborn too.

How do you call the child of whom not both of them are the biological parents and the child whose biological parents are both?

The first probably would be the stepchild and the last? 'Common' child?

Thanks for your help.

The child of both parents is just the "child," or biological child. You are talking about a blended family. If the mother has her own biological children - she calls them her daughters or sons.
