Related to / relating to

Could you tell me which one is right between 'related to' and 'relating to' in the following sentence? Also, what word do I replace 'he or she' with? Thank you in advance.

If you need legal advice, I can introduce you to one of lawyers I know well. He or she helps you to handle the legal matters [ (A) related to / (B) relating to] your inheritance.
