Dear All,

LEO says that labeling is BE, and labelling is AE. Can I extend this to relabel:

relabeling is BE and relabelling is AE?

Yes, you can extend this to "relabel". This is always the case with derived forms ("re-", "un-" , "pre-", etc.)
