rejoing letter after medical leave
hi clive ,can u correct me for below mention letter
I Anand Singh would like to request to you to grant me casual leave from 1st jan 2012 to 10 jan 2012 as i was absent from 1 jan to 31 mar due to severe backache.i would be very happy if you could grant me privilege leave also from 26 jan to 31 mar 2012.instead of marking absent during that period as i have never been absent like this before but have been a regular employee during my entire service.i would greatly appreciate your granting this request.
