Rehabilitation

We have to terminate the contracts of some of our employees as part of the rehabilitation efforts.

Is this correct and natural?
Thanks.

Hi,

Some companies prefer to speak of 'contract workers' or 'contractors' rather than 'employees'.

In some places, there are legal definitions of what the term 'employee' means, for example with regard to such questions as whether the company deducts income tax from the contract worker's pay.

Thanks, Clive. It's very important in a legal context.
