Regularly (often)?

Hello dear teachers,

In some noted dictionaries, "regularly" has been defined "often" as one of its meanings.

If you agree that one of its meanings is "often", would you please do me a favor and make some examples of "regularly" which mean "often"?

I've made the following examples myself hoping that they would mean "often"

I regularly add salt to my meals.

I regularly brush my teeth twice a day.

These two words have a vaguely similar sense, but they are not synonyms. "Regularly" has the implication of occurrence at set intervals, while "often" does not have this emphasis on set intervals. For example: He regularly sends his mom a birthday card on her birthday.
