Regardless to / of

Hi ^^

Which one is correct among the following sentences?

Regardless to the circumstances, we will stick to out plan.

Regardless of the circumstances, we will stick to out plan.
Regardless _ the circumstances, we will stick to out plan.

Is it correct to use "regardless" at all? Maybe we should use "Irrespective of" or something else?
