Regardless

Can I use regardless in these sentences? 'It is really hard for me too, but I get up, brush my teeth, have breakfast and go to work regardless every passing day.' 'I understand. We all have something to be ashamed of in our past, but we need to move forward regardless'. And one more question. if I used 'regardless' properly in the sentences, does it mean that 'regardless' is a synonym of 'anyway', e.g. '...brush my teeth, have breakfast and go to work anyway every passing day.' Thanks for your help.
