regardless

So yeah, success means you’ve got a long road ahead of you, regardless. How do you best manage it?

I think 'regardless' must be used here to decorate some objects. But I can't find the words which is decorated by 'regardless'. Maybe, this point of view is totally wrong. Could you tell me what it means?
