Regarding to/with regard to

Hi guys,

Im kinda confused with this word.
when do we use ragarding to and with regard to.
are they both the same meaning?

Could you guys give me examples how to use this word?

As far as I can think, these are interchangeable (when used in the sense you are talking about):

"With regard to your recent letter, I would like to ..."

"Regarding your recent letter, I would like to ..."
