Regarding To "Gender"

I bumped into : How is she a bad guy in so many peoples mind.

It it acceptable that a guy means a woman?

According to Oxford Learner's English dictionary, "guys"[plural] mean a group of people of either sex.

It's not "a guy" but "guys" e.g. Come on, you guys, let's get going!

Is it grammatical that the singular form "a guy" means a woman?

You wouldn't normally refer to an individual woman as a a guy, but a "bad guy" is a different thing. It means a villain or criminal. It still sounds a little odd to use it for a woman, but I don't see why you shouldn't.
